About Me
My name is Paul, and I have been overweight for most of my life. A few years ago, I decided I needed to lose weight. I did a lot of research, and tried to find something that would work but would not make me "suffer" -- I wanted to enjoy life, and its food -- I didn't want to be eating cardboard-tasting fake food all my life. I ended up not giving up my favorite foods. I just ate them in moderation, accompanied by a lot of exercise. Many of the ideas that I implemented in that first weight-lost venture I will apply to this time around. Other ideas are those I would like to try (and report on how well I do). I don't claim to know it all or have all the answers, but I am pretty resourceful and can usually seek information out.
